Mostly through Claude Code — full-stack projects, agents, the things on this site. I work the seam between operations and AI engineering. It’s the lens I work from.

What I’m thinking about right now: how agentic tooling actually changes operations work, how Claude Code reshapes services-firm economics, and the operator/builder hybrid as a role shape that didn’t exist five years ago. Case studies and project notes on this site are the evidence as I figure it out.
